SPRING BREAK CAMP

No homework required!

Spend your days off enjoying some good-natured fun with a Quarry Hill naturalist, discovering the many signs of spring emerging in the park. Explorers, investigators, treasure hunters —read on to see which camp is designed especially for your age group.

  • Advance registration is required. Registration begins January 21, 2025. 
  • Camp runs for two days - March 31 & April 1, 2025 or April 2 & 3, 2025.
  • Please dress for weather conditions - campers will be outdoors for most of the camp.
  • Campers should wear shoes that can get wet & muddy.
  • Small class sizes ensure hands-on participation for all campers.

Do you love ooey-gooey nature and science?  Explore the wonders of sticky mud, messy nature, and slimy critters!  From the classroom to the forest to the pond, we’ll have fun exploring, investigating and crafting with the messy side of nature.

 

2025 Bonkers for Birds for grades 2—3

This Spring Break, give your kids an unforgettable experience at Bonkers for Birds – a 2-day, hands-on camp where they will become young ornithologists! We will trap, band, study and release these incredible creatures as we learn amazing adaptations that help birds survive in the wild.  It's the perfect way for curious young minds to soar into the world of nature. Join us for a spring break adventure that’s sure to make your child go bonkers for birds! Dress to be outside and to get dirty!

Ready to explore the wild and learn valuable outdoor skills? Join us for an action-packed, two-day Wilderness Survival Camp.  This camp is designed for curious, adventurous kids who love the outdoors.  Whether learning to build a fire, foraging for natural resources, creating a shelter, or making fire starters, your child will leave with a sense of accomplishment and a deeper connection to the outdoors!
