INDIVIDUAL SCHOLARSHIPS

Fill out the form below to apply for an individual scholarship. Each child may receive one scholarship per camp season.

The information you provide on this form will be kept confidential and used only to determine eligibility for scholarships.

Eligibility:

Any child whose family meets the income eligibility guidelines below qualifies for a camp scholarship.

To show eligibility, please upload proof that the child's household income falls within these guidelines. Proof can be in the form of a check stub, pay statement, most recent tax form (with social security numbers blacked out).

A document or screenshot showing the child or family is participating in one of the following programs. Your documentation must have a name on it that verifies your child or family is participating in that program.

Educational Benefits from the MN Department of Education

Your scholarship does not automatically reserve your spot in camp. You will be given instructions on how to register for camp with your discounted price.
