Mindfulness in Nature (Families )

Join certified guide and licensed educator, Laura Lenz, and other adults for a Mindfulness in Nature experience in Quarry Hill Park.

 

 

Join us for a mindful nature walk, a story, and an art project.  Mindfulness in nature encourages participants to slow down, experience nature through the senses, and enjoy the numerous health benefits of the natural world. The calming and restorative effects of connecting with nature can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and boost the immune system.
